Multifamily Homes Open House
Midland County Habitat for Humanity is excited to announce we are closing on the Multifamily homes on Isabella Road. To celebrate, we are hosting an open house on March 7th from 1pm – 3pm.

In the spring of 2020 we began lot preparation of our multifamily homes and started construction in October of 2021. Midland County Habitat for Humanity (MCHFH) is excited to announce the homes are completed!

We will be hosting an open house for the community to come tour the homes and learn about the impact of MCHFH. The homes are two condo style units, for a total of 4 homes on Isabella Road in the city of Midland.

Habitat staff will be present to answer questions, provide information about the organization’s housing programs serving Midland county and share information about the organization’s future plans.

The address to the homes is 4314 Isabella Street, Midland, MI 48640. Parking is available onsite, and overflow parking is on Laughton Drive and approximately 1/4 of a mile walk to the site. Please DO NOT park on Huntley Lane, this is a private drive. The open house is on March 7th from 1pm to 3pm.
