Home Repair Applications are Being Accepted

Does your home need some repairs and you need assistance completing them?

Midland County Habitat for Humanity (MCHFH) has a home repair program that works with homeowners to fix or repair their homes. The main requirement are:

– Must own your home (no land contracts)
– Mobile homes and trailers do not qualify
– Applicant can earn 30% – 60% of area median income (check https://tinyurl.com/4bym5fs7 for details)
– Must be willing to partner with MCHFH

 

Home repair items include:

– Window repair and or replacement
– Roof repair and or replacement
– Furnace repair and or replacement
– Siding repair and or replacement
– Gutter and downspout installation and repair
– Soffit and facia installation and repair
– Exterior door repair and replacement
– Water heater repair and replacement
– Insulation and calk installation
