ReStore Inventory Reduction Sale
The ReStore will be holding our annual Inventory Reduction Sale Thursday June 24th, 2021 through Wednesday June 30, 2021. We thought we would list some frequently asked questions about the sale.
What is the Inventory Reduction Sale?
Midland County Habitat for Humanity operates on a fiscal year, and our year is ending on June 30th. At the end of the year we have to inventory all the items in the ReStore. Rather than inventory them, we would like to sell them to our fantastic customers, and are running a special sale. All items are 50% off the marked price (excludes gift certificates and items with the small blue price sticker ) including furniture, housewares, books, DVD’s, cabinets, etc.
Are the items for sale old items you can’t get rid of?
NO! We will be adding new inventory every day as we receive donations in. We also have a donation processing center that we collected items at over the pandemic. We have many items at the DPC that we will be restocking the ReStore with during the sale. Be sure to check back daily to see the new items!
Where is the ReStore located?
The Midland County Habitat for Humanity ReStore is located at 1703 S Saginaw Rd, Midland, MI 48640. The entrance to the ReStore is in the back of the building, turn on Haley St. and park in the back of the building.
What are the ReStore hours?
The ReStore hours are
Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
Thursdays we are open until 6pm
Saturday we are open 9am – 4pm

Can I purchase items over the phone during the Inventory Reduction Sale?
Due to the nature of this sale, we will NOT be able to process any purchases over the phone until July 1, 2021
What items are not included in the sale?
Gift certificates, Epaint, Dixie Belle paint and any items with the small blue price tag. Items with the large blue paper tag are included.
Is furniture included in the Inventory Reduction Sale?
Yes! Items with the large blue paper tag are included.
Are books included in the Inventory Reduction Sale?
Yes! Any item that does not have a small blue price tag is included.
Can I come the day before and preview items?
You can come shop the ReStore and see what items we have but know that inventory changes daily and we cannot hold items that are not purchased.
Do I have to take my item the day I purchase it?
If you purchase a large item and do not have transportation for it, you have 4 days to pick the item up. If the item is not picked up in 4 days your item is donated back to the ReStore, and no refund is given.
Can we put a hold on an item and come back later to pay for it?
We are not able to put holds on items.
If I purchase an item and decide I don’t want it, can I return it?
All sales are final, unless an electrical item fails within three days of purchase (bring your receipt to return).
