House Party 2026: A Party with a Purpose
Join Midland County Habitat for Humanity for an unforgettable evening of food, drinks, music, community, and friendly competition at House Party 2026!
This year's event is especially meaningful as we celebrate Habitat's 100th Home and the incredible volunteers, donors, homeowners, students, and community partners who have helped build homes, communities, and hope throughout Midland County.
House Party isn't your typical fundraiser. It's a chance to gather with friends, neighbors, and fellow Habitat supporters while making a lasting impact right here in our community. Enjoy great food, live entertainment, silent auction, large raffle, 50/50, and our signature Bartender Tip Challenge, where teams compete to raise the most money in support of Habitat's mission.
Every ticket purchased, tip donated, sponsorship secured, and auction item bid on helps support affordable homeownership and skilled trades education initiatives that are preparing the next generation of builders, tradespeople, and community leaders.
Whether you're a longtime Habitat supporter or attending for the first time, House Party is your opportunity to celebrate what we've accomplished together—and help build what comes next.

Why Your Support Matters
Since 1988, Midland County Habitat for Humanity has partnered with local families, volunteers, businesses, churches, schools, and community organizations to create safe, affordable housing opportunities throughout Midland County.
Today, Habitat's impact extends beyond building homes. Through homeownership, home repair, and skilled trades education programs, we are helping strengthen families, neighborhoods, and our local workforce. Partnerships with local students provide hands-on construction experience, workforce development opportunities, and pathways into the skilled trades while helping Habitat build homes for future homeowners.
Your support of House Party 2026 helps ensure this work continues for years to come.
Come celebrate, connect, and make a difference—one home, one family, one student, and one community at a time.
Together, we're building more than houses. We're building hope, opportunity, and a stronger future for Midland County.
