Hope Repair Program Informational Night

Midland County Habitat for Humanity is hosting an informational night to review the home repair program. If you own your home (no land contracts or mobile homes) and are in need of assistance with critical home repairs, attend this meeting.
*Please note, repair applicants must live in Midland County
.
Habitat will be accepting applications for the home repair programs the night of the informational session. Applications will be on hand, bring with you:
✅ 2 Pay Stubs
✅ State Issued ID of Everyone Living In the Home
✅ 2021 Tax Returns
✅ 2023 Pension Letter (if applicable)
✅ 2023 SSI Letter (If applicable)
✅ Child Support/ Alimony (If applicable)
✅ If self-employed, 2 years or taxes 2021 and 2022
✅ Deed to the Home
✅ Most Current Insurance Policy
✅ Mortgage Statement (If applicable)
✅ Consumers Energy Bill
If you do not have all the items listed above, bring the items you have to begin the application process.
