Make Your Community More Amazing

Building on Faith is a fun and meaningful opportunity to make a real impact on local needs by participating in a construction or non-construction activity in your community.

Habitat for Humanity and Thrivent Financial celebrate Building on Faith by coming together to offer Thrivent members and local volunteers the chance to help build stronger homes and stronger communities.

During Building on Faith 2019, approximately 100 volunteers will support projects in Midland County, helping local families build strength, stability and self-reliance through shelter.

The 2019 Building on Faith day will be Sept 28th.

About Thrivent Financial

Thrivent is a unique kind of membership organization called a fraternal benefit society. By definition, a fraternal benefit society is a not-for-profit organization that provides insurance to its members and – this is key – has to carry out social, intellectual, educational, charitable, benevolent, moral, fraternal, patriotic or religious purposes for the benefit of its members and the public. So they don't simply sell insurance, and they don't simply do charitable work either.  As a fraternal benefit society, they do both as we help Thrivent members on their wise with money journeys.  Learn more at thrivent.com/
